CrownVisc® 1.8%
CrownVisc® 1.8% is a product containing 18 mg/ml (1.8%) sodium hyaluronate. The properties of this solution are as follows:
CrownVisc® 1.8% contains 18 mg/ml (1.8%) sodium hyaluronate. Its molecular weight varies between 2.9 – 3.8 million daltons and its zero shear viscosity is between 450,000 – 750,000 mPa.s. Its osmolality is between 270 – 400 mOsm/kg and its pH value is between 6.8 and 7.6. The product is obtained by biofermentation method and is suitable for 27G cannula use. Its volume varies between 1 mL and 1.5 mL. Its composition includes 18 mg of sodium hyaluronate, 8.5 mg of sodium chloride, 0.563 mg of disodium hydrogen phosphate, 0.045 mg of sodium dihydrogen phosphate and the required amount of purified water for injection for each 1 mL.
