CrownVisc® 1.6%, 16 mg/ml (1.6%) sodium hyaluronate contains. The properties of this solution are as follows:
CrownVisc® 1.6%, 16 mg/ml (1.6%) sodium hyaluronate contains. The molecular weight ranges from 2.9 to 3.8 million daltons, and the zero shear viscosity is between 350,000 and 550,000 mPa.s. Its osmolality is 270 – 400 mOsm/kg, and the pH value is between 6.8 and 7.6. The product is obtained through biofermentation and is suitable for use with a 27G cannula. Its volume ranges from 1 mL to 1.5 mL. The composition per 1 mL includes 16 mg of sodium hyaluronate, 8.5 mg of sodium chloride, 0.563 mg of disodium hydrogen phosphate, 0.045 mg of sodium dihydrogen phosphate, and the necessary amount of water for injection.
